  • Facility Operations – We supply in-house staff focused on sustainable, cost effective operations. Energy management and sustainable operations are at the forefront in preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as repairs and/or emergency response. We routinely leverage corporate core competencies to ensure that MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) systems are efficient as well as effective, designing and implementing appropriate added value upgrades. Our IT expertise and consulting background can effect sustainable offerings for CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and/or BAS (Building Automation Systems) solutions customized for your facility as well as budget.
  • Dormitory Management – Our experience with resort property rentals includes the full suite of hotel management, including dormitories, restaurants and all attendant facilities. In the past, this has included renovations, MEP upgrades and disaster management.  CEO Alisa Acosta leverages her Master’s degree in Hotel Administration throughout all aspects of property management, including strategic planning and renovation as a normal aspect of operations.
  • Professional Project Management – Our Project Managers are PMP certified, trained to manage initiatives and day to day responsibilities in accordance with the professional standards this designation entails, with a focus on life cycle economies of scale and scope. This also includes internal project control expertise. With a focus on earned value management, our personnel are trained to execute their responsibilities with a focus on cost and schedule controls.
  • Technical Training – Onsite personnel are routinely trained in the latest software toolsets, maximizing our customer service for your site.  Our corporate personnel include Microsoft Certified Trainers, raising the IT baseline for our administration and technical service, as well as the core competencies of our support personnel. Our facilities personnel are routinely trained to utilize the suite of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) as well as EPM (Enterprise Project Management – Project Server, MS Project, and MS SharePoint).
